Dark Poem......Not as they seem

Words spoken with authority
Rehearsed for credibility
Telling of coming dfficulties
If this and that not approved
Words pulled from the past
Words believed once before
And now not as they seem
Like a handful of balloons
Released for all to see
And disappearing into Space
